Hard Place are ready to take on the world. Combining tools of the trade with the knowledge of experts, they team up with Totally Radd's Neil Schuh for a remix of "Bon Vivant" from their full length debut "Get Your Hopes Up". This is not the album version of the song but a true collaboration between the two bands generating something that sounds like nothing else; a marriage of the synth heavy stylings of the Human League doing battle with Sparks on the day the earth stood still. Freddy Cristy's lyrics accurately capture the mania which is Los Angeles in this 2 minute power pop masterpiece. Heroes of Dawn Break follows, a 3 minute fantasy complete with glint of steel and morning dew. This is a fight to the death and Hard Place escort you to a front row seat at this bloody rock & roll joust. Huzzah!
